Chris Lemke

Chris is passionate, experienced, and skilled in communicating Christ through radio and media that complement the platform. He began his full-time radio career in 1984 at 91.3 WCSG/Grand Rapids, serving as on-air a.m./p.m drive host, PD, GM, and Executive Director. He led WCSG to consistently rank in the top three of all market stations for more than 10 consecutive years.

Chris left WCSG in June of 2021 to focus on mentoring and equipping other radio professionals and teams in programming, fundraising, marketing, leadership, team development and board governance. More than a consultant. Chris is a hands-on partner with stations and their teams for greater influence in the market.

Additionally, Chris presently serves on the board of Christian Music Broadcasters where, from 2011-2013, he served as CMB’s interim executive director and board chairman. He continues a 25+ year history of serving as an advisor and friend to other colleagues and stations around the country.

Chris and his bride, Susan, live in Grand Rapids, Michigan where Chris finished his masters in organizational leadership in the spring of 2022. He and Susan have six children and five grandchildren.
